The project demonstrates cruel birth control policy which was executed in the 1980s by sound installation. As government promotes Two-child policy that makes people re-gain the power of having two children while birth control is to control population growth. Nation brings individual’s life into political scope so that life serves for national political goal. Thereinto, women become sacrifice of blindly execution of birth policy yet their voices are barely to listen to. The project wishes to rethink the relationship between the procuratorial authority and individual, and individual’s survival oppression caused by political policymaking.
